	practice statement:	a4 architecture limited is a Hertfordshire based practice which has brought together Architects, Project Managers, Designers and Technologists to provide an immense diversity and understanding of project types together with hands on experience in helping Clients achieve their development objectives. We operate across the UK and have links with practices in main land Europe. Our Staff We provide Project and Design teams individually tailored to suit each Client and development proposal; each team being managed at Director level from inception through to completion on site. By undertaking this we maintain continuity and a close working relationship with our Clients, their agents, other consultants and the contractor. A programme of Continued Professional Development is provided and encouraged at both Practice and individual levels as we are keen to enhance and build upon our own effectiveness and reputation as well as that of our teams. Regular staff reviews and a rolling programme for recruitment ensure that we retain, and further compliment, our staff numbers and overall Practice experience. a4 architecture limited can provide resources for every project and at any stage, be it a full architectural service, design only or assisting Main Contractors and Developers with detailed working drawing packages. We offer expertise in all major development sectors including Industrial, Offices, Commercial, Retail, Residential, Education, Health care, Ecclesiastical and Listed Building - Conservation projects. We do not limit ourselves to the size of project undertaken but prefer to evaluate each project on its own merits.
